Went for a 1/2 hour walk with the wife and kid.  Had a chicken breast and some mashed taters for dinner.  And the rest of that damned delicious blizzard.

Today’s food intake:

Breakfast: One exact cup of special K with strawberries. Diet Pepsi.
Lunch: Italian sub from Jimmy John’s, Diet Pepsi.
Work snack: Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: 2 Crab Cakes, unsalted chips and salsa. Diet Pepsi.

1 Week down, Lost 3.6 pounds!

First off, I lost track over the weekend. I did relatively okay.  Had McD’s one time.  Pizza for a couple of meals.  Did lots of yard work and was on my feet for a long period on Saturday.  My week end weigh in though – I lost 3.6 pounds.  Yee-haw!
