Tuesday, June 26th, 2007I didn’t exercise today. I had to do a presentation this morning. They provided breakfast, two eggs, two sausages, two bacon slices. Two glasses of fresh OJ.
Lunch, plain turkey sub.
Dinner mashed taters and flank steak. Two servings of each.

Tuesday, June 19th, 2007Went for a 1/2 hour walk with the wife and kid. Had a chicken breast and some mashed taters for dinner. And the rest of that damned delicious blizzard.

1 Week down, Lost 3.6 pounds!
Monday, June 11th, 2007First off, I lost track over the weekend. I did relatively okay. Had McD’s one time. Pizza for a couple of meals. Did lots of yard work and was on my feet for a long period on Saturday. My week end weigh in though – I lost 3.6 pounds. Yee-haw!
