			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My best adult weight ever was 183.  Not a triathlete, but not bad.  Now I&#8217;m 230.Â  I&#8217;m not saying I&#8217;m huge, but I need to be healthier.  The weight is the result of a lot of bad habits.  Bad eating, inconsistent exercise, eating late, too much salt.  The weight is like an external measure of a lot of bad (or not so great) decisions.  If the weight goes down, that means the bad habits are getting replaced with good ones.  I&#8217;m applying the theory of &#8220;what gets measured gets improved.&#8221; I&#8217;m going to document every bit of exercise I do, and every bit of food that enters my mouth.  If nothing else, the administrative headache of it all might just motivate me.</p>
