			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>234.4.Â  I weigh more than I did when I started all this.Â  One bad weekend can really mess you up.Â  And tomorrow, I can&#8217;t work out.Â  I&#8217;ve got to be at work super early.Â  I just need to stay focused and try to increase my workout intensity.Â  I&#8217;ve gotten into a good rhythm with breakfast and lunch.Â  It&#8217;s the weekend that did it.Â  4 really bad days in a row.Â  Need to watch that.</p>

		<title>1 Week down, Lost 3.6 pounds!</title>

I did relatively okay.Â  Had McD&#8217;s one time.Â  Pizza for a couple of meals.Â  Did lots of yard work and was on my feet for a long period on Saturday.Â  My week end weigh in though &#8211; I lost 3.6 pounds.Â  Yee-haw!</p>
<p><strong>Todayâ€™s exercise.</strong> Another day, another 25 minute walk.Â  Started the week and day off right.</p>
<p><strong>Todayâ€™s food intake:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Breakfast: Oatmeal with craisins.Â  Diet Pepsi.</li>
<li>Lunch: Spoiled myself and gave myself my one bad lunch.Â  Had a chicken shwarma pita and fries.Â  So good.Â  So damn indulgent. Diet Pepsi (my 4th of the day!)</li>
<li>Work snack: Diet Pepsi.</li>
<li>Dinner: Burger, Brat and an ear of corn.Â  Diet Pepsi.</li>
<li>Late night snack: Nothing thus far.Â  But Iâ€™m still thinking about some ice cream.</li>
</ul>
<p>Not great.Â  But I&#8217;m still walking.Â  Have really slashed my between meal snacking.Â  McDonald&#8217;s needs to quit advertising that new Southern Chicken Breakfast sandwich.Â  That thing looks good.</p>
